How to use:
Charging: Charge the device using the included charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes (product specifications for reference only).
Turning on vibration: Press the vibration button to turn on. Use the same button to switch between 3 vibration intensities and 3 vibration modes.
Temperature Switching: Press the heating button to activate the heating function, reaching a maximum of 38°C; press the cooling button to activate the cooling function, reaching a minimum of 20°C.
Power Off: After use, press the vibration button to turn off the device. When not in use, store it in the included storage bag to keep it clean.
