Delivery method of Moon River Mall Shop

1. SF Express

We provide SF Express as our delivery method, there are two choices :

(1) SF Store Locations :

(2) EF Locker :

http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/other_services/intelligent_cabinet/ef_locker/

After you checked out your chosen products, you need to choose the product pickup location. (SF Express Location)

For members of our shop, if you amount exceeded $199 HKD, we will provide free shipment. (Free transportation fee)

For non-members of our shop, you need to have your amounts purchased exceeded $299 HKD, then we will provide free shipment. (Free transportation fee)

For SF Express shipment, transportation fee costs $22/$28 HKD or above .

3. Hong Kong Post Office

usually for delivery outside Hong Kong

If you want to receive products outside Hong Kong, please provide your detail address for receiving products.

We will deliver and give you the tracking number within 2-3 working days.

Delivery price are provided when you going to the check out process.
